The Architect

I’m Zyris, a licensed architect. I trained in Manila and I practise here in Quezon Province: city training, and an architect close enough to walk your site. I take work outside the province when the project fits, Manila included, so if someone sent you my way, just ask.

Most of my work so far has been residential and commercial spaces, and I bring the same care to resort projects. I learned construction at my father’s side before I learned it in school, and that’s still how I work: hands-on, honest, and close to how a building will actually be built and used.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Adamson University, with over three years of professional work spanning design, interiors, documentation, and project coordination across project types.

I lean toward climate-responsive design: planning around sun path, prevailing wind, and monsoon rain so a building stays comfortable on its own. I also document everything myself, so what you see in the render is what gets permitted and built.
