Build back home, without flying home.
I work with overseas clients building back home, fully online from concept to building permit-ready drawings, with progress updates the whole way. I'm based in Quezon Province and travel when the project fits, so tell me where your lot is. You never have to chase anyone from abroad.

Sustainable Tropical Living
Cooler spaces, lower bills.
Passive cooling, cross-ventilation, and honest, climate-appropriate materials cut energy use and keep a building comfortable year-round, whether it’s a home, a resort, or a workplace. You feel it in April, and you see it on the electric bill.
